We can ship to virtually any destination in the world. Please note however that there may be some restrictions with International orders. Shipping is FREE, Paid for by Escalera Art Inc.
ALL orders placed within the Continental United States will be FLAT shipped, stretched canvas on a wooden internal frame, ready to hang.
ALL International orders will be rolled shipped in tube containers. No exceptions.
- Non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing or shipping issue. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to us via email within 14 business days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and accepted
- Major defects: although all the products are thoroughly checked for quality before shipment, a refund will NOT be issued to the customer but a replacement of the product originally ordered will be sent;
- Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to us via email within 14 business days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website or your order. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are NOT honored.
