The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
International Shipments
We can ship to virtually any destination in the world. Please note however that there may be some restrictions with International orders. Shipping is FREE, Paid for by Escalera Art Inc. ALL orders placed within the Continental United States will be FLAT shipped, stretched canvas on a wooden internal frame, ready to hang. ALL International orders will be rolled shipped in tube containers. No exceptions.
RETURN POLICY
We are glad to accept returns and exchanges, just contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Non-delivery of the Product
Due to some mailing or shipping issue. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to us within 14 business days from the order placing date.
Major Defects
Although all the products are thoroughly checked for quality before shipment, a refund will NOT be issued to the customer but a replacement of the product originally ordered will be sent.
Product Not-As-Described
Such issues should be reported to us within 14 business days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as described.
